Nick Demoura - KubSkoutz - "Otis"

Brilliant L.A. choreographer Nick Demoura enlightened my day today.. he uploaded a new video and -who would have guessed- it's great!

The combo itself is as amazing as always (It's to the song "Otis" by Jay-Z featuring Kanye West), but this video is also shot in a very professional way with different camera perspectives, and also the setting, outfits and location are very well chosen.

If that's not enough good stuff already, there is another great thing: He doesn't dance alone, with him are KubSkoutz Ian Eastwood and Jun Quemado.

So it's really worth watching !

For everyone in germany who can't watch this due to copyright reasons:

Poetry - "Feel the Beat"

close your eyes. keep them shut!
concentrate on your breath.
slowly. steadily. never ending.
now listen to the music.
but don't only listen.
feel.
feel the beat.
let it become your own heartbeat.
feel the melody.
let it sink into your soul.
and now move!
move to the rhythms which have become one with you.
leave everything right behind you.
your thoughts. your problems. your worries. your fears.
your hopes, dreams and guesses.
just let it all go, floating away from you.
focus on yourself.
focus on the music.
focus on your body.
and dance!
dance, dance as long as you can.
dance to express what you really feel.
dance to finally become yourself. free. independent. happy. whole.

make it real. just dance.

so .. this is a new thing i wanted to try on here .. poetry.

I'm not quite sure if you guys would be interested in poetry, so feel free to leave a comment below and tell me your opinion ;)

This poem is just a result of some spontaneous thoughts in my head which I simply wrote down. It's neither very special nor did I put a lot of work in it, but still.. I think it somehow has a deeper meaning.

Hope you liked it!

Tucker Barkley "Strange Clouds"

Welcome back!

hope you're all doing good and enjoying these final days of 2011 .

I want to share a new video with you guys today, it's a routine choreographed by Tucker Barkley, famous  choreographer from LA and also a member of Kubskoutz .

The track is "Strange Clouds" by B.o.B. and Lil Wayne, and the combo he's done is to Lil Wayne's fast rapping part.

I think he's done an amazing job, his moves are so quick, but yet very powerful and clean.

Enjoy the video:
